Indomie Stir Fry
How to cook:
Ingredients:
- Put Indomie Chicken Flavor in boiling water for 3 minutes. Lift, drain. Set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil, sauté the spices until fragrant, add the eggs, stir until the eggs are cooked. Add carrots and cauliflowers, stir.
- Pour water, cook until carrots and cauliflowers are half cooked. Add the shrimp and squid, stir until the shrimp’s color changes.
- Add the spices from the Indomie Chicken Flavor, add the Oyster Sauce, stir until mixed.
- Enter the cornstarch, stir quickly until it thickens. Add sesame oil, sugar, and scallions. Stir well.
- Enter the noodles, stir until mixed.
- Ready to serve.

2 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Eggs (Whisked)
- 1 Carrot (Sliced)
- 150g Cauliflowers
- 500ml Water
- 100g Peeled Shrimp
- 200g Squid (Cut 1/2 cm)
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 Leek
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Piece Ginger
1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
