Indomie Ifumie
How to cook:
Ingredients:
- Fried Indomie Onion Chicken Flavor noodles in hot cooking oil until they turn brown. Place it on a serving plate. Set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Put the chicken fillet into the frying pan. Pour water, stir until cooked.
- Add soy sauce and chili sauce. Stir well.
- Add shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Cook on medium heat until it boils.
- Add vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and scallions, stir well.
- Enter the cornstarch, stir until thickened.
- Add eggs, stir until the eggs are stringy.
- Add the fried egg tofu, stir slowly. Lift. Pour over the noodles.
- Ready to serve.

- 300ml Cooking Oil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)

1 tsp Soy Sauce

- 3 Shiitake Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 50g Bamboo Shoots
1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Leek
1 tbsp Cornstarch
