Heat the cooking oil, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the chili, sauté until the chilies cooked. Add all the vegetables, then add salt and pepper, stir until the vegetables are cooked. Lift. Set aside.
Put Indomie Vegetable Flavor in boiling water for 3 minutes. Lift, drain. Mix the cooked noodles with stir-fried vegetables, chives, and Indomie seasonings. Add eggs, stir until mixed.
Take 1 piece of tofu, cut in the middle, then fill with filling material.
Dip each tofu into the coating dough until the whole tofu is evenly coated.
Fried the tofu in cooking oil until the color turns borwn. Lift.
